Establishment (Oct 10, 2016): The company was founded with Wang Guangliang as founder & legal representative, initial registered capital of RMB 1.2 million. Located at the north half of 4/F, Building 10, Runxude Industrial Park, Xingyang City, Zhengzhou, Henan. Core business: R&D, production and sales of solar integrated street lights, accessories and LED lamps. Diversified sales: electronics, auto parts, wires & cables. Engaged in import/export of goods and technology to lay the foundation for future growth.

The company established a production base in Guzhen Town, Zhongshan City, enhancing its solar lighting production capacity and strengthening competitiveness in manufacturing. This supported business scale expansion.
